Who we are
GC Tracker Pro is operated by Future Tech LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("Future Tech," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, company name), the project data you and your team enter — progress records, daily logs, site photos, delay and delivery notes, and documents you upload — and billing information handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe (we don't store your card details ourselves).
How we use it
Solely to run the Service: storing and displaying your project data back to your company's users, processing subscription payments, generating reports you request, and sending account-related emails (invites, password resets, billing receipts). We don't sell your data or use it to train external models.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage), hosted on infrastructure in the United States, and payment data is handled by Stripe. Each company's data is scoped and isolated from every other company's.
Who can see it
Only users you invite to your company account, subject to the access level an administrator sets for them. We don't share your data with other companies on the platform or with third parties, except service providers (like Supabase and Stripe) needed to run the Service.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls, isolated per-company data) to protect your information, but no system is completely secure — we can't guarantee absolute security of data you transmit to the Service.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we'll delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep it longer (for example, billing records for tax purposes).
Your choices
You can update or delete your account information at any time. Company administrators can remove team members' access. Contact us to request a full export or deletion of your company's data.
