Terms of Service

1. Agreement & operator

GC Tracker Pro ("the Service") is operated by Future Tech LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("Future Tech," "we," "us"). These Terms form a binding agreement between Future Tech and you and, if applicable, your company ("you," "your"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your company, and you represent that you have authority to bind your company if you're accepting on its behalf.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure. Company administrators are responsible for the users they invite and the access levels they grant, and for that company's compliance with these Terms.

3. Your data

Project data, daily logs, and photos you upload belong to you and your company. We store it to provide the Service and don't sell it or share it with other companies on the platform. Each company's data is isolated from every other company's. You're solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you and your team enter, and for any decisions made based on it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to upload content you don't have the right to share, attempt to access another company's data, or disrupt the Service for other users.

5. Subscription & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) at the price shown at signup. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide refunds or credits for partial periods. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until it's resolved. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your account.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll do our best to give notice of planned downtime.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data you or your team enter is complete or accurate. GC Tracker Pro is a record-keeping and tracking tool, not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice — decisions about your projects, contracts, or payments based on data in the Service are your responsibility, not ours.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE TECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

FUTURE TECH'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Future Tech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you upload, except to the extent caused by Future Tech's own breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or for non-payment. If your account is closed, you can request an export of your data beforehand.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
